Preparation
Hello, my people! Today I bring you a fresh recipe for this hot summer. The preparation is easy, it is just a matter of being organized and having a bit of skill to be able to create the tower. There is no need to despair if the tower falls; in the end, what matters is the flavor. I wish you luck, and let's start with this recipe!
Preparation:
Marinade the tuna: Cut the tuna into cubes of the size you like. Add a pinch of salt, 2 chopped habanero peppers (optional), 1 oz of Worcestershire sauce, 1 oz of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything in a bowl and let it rest so the tuna absorbs all the flavor.
Surimi preparation: In a bowl, mix the surimi with the juice of 1 lemon, 2 oz of cilantro, 1 oz of salt, 1 oz of black pepper and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Stir well to combine everything and place in the container.
Preparing the vegetables: In another bowl, chop the cucumber into small squares. Cut the mango and red onion into small squares as well. Add salt, pepper and the juice of 1 lemon and stir well.
Avocado preparation: Cut the avocado into squares and season with a little salt. Place in a container.
Assembling the tower: To make the tower, use a shallow glass, making sure it has a uniform measurement, like a cup, to add the ingredients. I started with the fruit, that is, the mango and cucumber first; then, I added the tuna and, finally, the surimi. Turn the cup over onto the plate and tap it a few times so that the tower comes loose. Lift the cup carefully until the desired tower is formed.
There is a special kitchen utensil for making towers, but I forgot the name. With this utensil you won't struggle as much, but the cup will do just as well. I hope you like this tower, which I made to die for. I'll read you in the comments. Check out my Instagram to see my other dishes, and if you have any questions, we are here to help. I hope you have a productive and active week! See you next time.
