Preparation

Hello, good, my people!

Today I bring you an invented dish. One of those times when I just feel like playing with flavors. In addition, we mix cultures too, I hope you notice them. As always, it's a pleasure to show you some of my cooking techniques. I hope it helps you learn to be better every day. Let's start!

The first step is to cook the cauliflower for approximately 20 minutes. Once cooked, we place it in the blender along with the 2 oz of milk and a little flour so that the puree becomes more solid. We add the seasoning powders and a tablespoon of butter. We blend and our puree is ready.

Then we prepare the green banana. There are many ways to do it, but in this case I cut it into circular slices that are not so thick so that when frying them they are crispy. I heated oil in a frying pan and cooked them for approximately 5 minutes. When I took them out, I seasoned them with salt and pepper.

This way we would have our crunchy green banana slices.

For our pickle, we julienne cut the red onion and the serrano chili into small slices. We add the juice of half a yellow lemon, a little salt and that's it, the pickle is ready.

Finally, it remains to cook the salmon. In a pan, I put the garlic cloves and a tablespoon of butter so that it began to melt and heat up. Before that, I seasoned the salmon with the powders. I dipped it in the melted butter and cooked it on both sides until I reached the desired doneness. Over high heat it cooks in 3 minutes per side.

After that, we plate and enjoy.

I hope you liked this dish, a little out of the ordinary, but very delicious and nutritious. Ideal to start summer diets.

Thank you, see you soon 🙏🍀
