Preparation
Hello, hello, my people! Today I bring you a super simple and nutritious recipe. You won't have any trouble making it, and believe me, your body will thank you for it. Let's get started!
We start by heating the pan with oil. We season our steak with salt and pepper on both sides. I like it to be well covered with the seasoning. We add the two cloves of garlic, previously crushed or smashed, and let the oil absorb their flavour.
Normally, I cook the rib eye for 4 minutes on each side. Something else to keep in mind is that the rib eye is fatty, and those parts that have fat should be cooked longer to absorb more flavor. Add the butter and cook for two more minutes. Remove the rib eyes from the oven once they reach the desired temperature, so that the residual blood can be released.
In the pan where we cooked the meat, we add the vegetables and see if they need more butter. We add more salt (this is optional). We cook for two minutes and our vegetables will be ready to serve.
