Preparation

Good, good my people! For this segment I bring you the burger, a quick and simple hamburger, but believe me, after this recipe you will no longer go to McDonald's 🤣. Besides, it has a homemade and gourmet touch that will make you fall in love just by looking at it. The recipe is designed for approximately 4 people, but it is calculated there because we also have good eaters, who could eat up to two hamburgers. Let's get started!

The first step in this recipe is to start seasoning our ground beef in a bowl. Add the eggs, 4 oz of Maseca, 2 oz of salt, 1 oz of black pepper, 1 oz of ground garlic and 1/6 of finely chopped white onion.

We put a well-chopped chili and we begin to form our hamburger pieces as round as possible and that they are not so thick if you want them well cooked on the inside. We place them on a griddle or pan in which we previously put butter or oil.

Cook for 3 minutes on both sides for rich cooking.

As for the potatoes, we peel them and cut them into strips, the thickness and shape that you like best. Season with salt and pepper, add flour and stir well. We put them in a pot with hot oil and wait about 4 minutes for them to change color. Remember to have the heat high so that they cook well.

We take them out so that the oil drains into a container with a towel underneath and transfer them to a clean container. Add a little salt and chopped cilantro, and stir. With that our potatoes are ready.

The bread is the touch that makes the difference. We put the butter generously in a hot pan and then we put the bread. We let it absorb on both sides until it browns and the flavor of the butter permeates the bread.

Cut the vegetables however you prefer.

I hope you like this simple and easy to make recipe. Have a great and productive day. Blessings!"
