15 oz tomato puree (strong)
15 oz tomato sauce (The Duck)
Preparation
Good morning my people, today I bring you a seafood broth that will give you years of life with so many nutrients it has and the best of all is that it is super easy to prepare, this recipe is made for approximately 6 people. Let's start!
We start by putting a pot where all the ingredients fit.
We put water over high heat, we put the potatoes in thick slices, along with the carrots and the chayotes cut into large pieces to prevent them from falling apart, we also put the white corn cut in the same way into pieces of your liking, we add the tomato, the onion, chilies and finely chopped garlic, and let it boil for 30 minutes.
We add the powders and sauces.
Let it boil for another 15 minutes, and then add the coarsely chopped seafood.
Finally we add the pumpkins cut into large pieces. Let it boil for another 10 minutes and our seafood broth will be ready.
