  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 eggs

Vegetables

  • 4 lettuce leaves

  • 1/2 tomato

  • 1 habanero chili

  • 1 pinch of cilantro

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1/2 white onion

  • 1 lemon

  • 3 russet potatoes

  • 1 avocado

Others

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 5 flour tortillas

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 oz flour

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Preparation

Good, good my people! How have you been doing in this Tennessee heat? Hope all is well. This time I bring you a super simple and delicious recipe, a little conventional and no joke you might say, but it is quite the opposite. This burrito is from another level and the potatoes are also finger-licking good. Let's start!


The first thing we must do is prepare the ground meat with the seasonings. Chop the white onion into small squares and stir everything. Transfer the mixture to a frying pan with hot oil until it is cooked to your liking.


We wash the russet potatoes and cut them into slices. We add salt and black pepper, we add the flour and stir well so that everything is mixed and we place them in a pan with very hot oil and enough for them to submerge well.


We cook until they change color. After that, we transfer the potatoes to a bowl, add salt, a little chopped cilantro and, optionally, a chopped habanero pepper and mix. With that the potatoes are ready.


For the sauce, we will use the mayonnaise and ranch dressing. We are going to mix them and add the juice of a lemon and chopped cilantro. We stir well and the dressing will be ready.


In a frying pan we are going to heat some flour tortillas. Once the tortilla is hot, we are going to put the lettuce in the first layer, then the meat, then the onion, tomato, avocado and we close our burrito. We eat it with the potatoes, dipping them in the spicy dressing.
